Texas residents: easily find water district by clicking on one of the buttons below which will direct you to maps provided by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) or the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Tip: Once you visit a page and enter your address, click on the map to see more information. If you can’t find your water provider on one map, try the other map.

Visit the Travis County Appraisal District (TCAD) website to know if your property is associated with LMUD “In District” or “Out of District” service rates.
- Click the button below to visit the TCAD website or visit traviscad.org/
- Click “Property Search”
- Type your service address in the search bar
- Scroll down to the “Taxing Units” section. Look for “Lakeway MUD” in the list of taxing units
If you see “Lakeway MUD” in the list, your property is assessed “In District” rates because you pay us taxes. If you do not see “Lakeway MUD” listed as a line item, your property is assessed “Out of District” service rates and you do not pay us taxes.
