The use of an automatic irrigation system, vehicle & power washing, operation of an outdoor water feature, and pool installs or pool refilling outside of current watering restrictions is by approved variance only. Variance must be submitted and approved by LMUD before additional water is allowed. Failure to abide by the terms of an approved variance are subject to penalty. Application is hereby made for a variance to the Lakeway MUD Drought Contingency Plan as described below:
