For our Highlands area (TC MUDs 11, 12, and 13) service area customers:

You have direct access to your water usage data. The Eye On Water portal gives you the ability to review and analyze your usage patterns with easy to understand graphs. With these tools, you are now able to view your hourly usage activity and gain a greater understanding and control of the amount of water you use.
